之後\n網頁操作的速度跟流暢度\n完全不在同一個級別\n這是我第一次覺得\n瀏覽器 Agent 真的穩定到可以拿來處理真實工作了\n今天這支影片\n我會完整帶你看懂 ChatGPT Chrome Extension\n包含它是怎麼運作的\n跟 ChatGPT App 內建的 Browser 或 Plugin 差別在哪\n以及該怎麼安裝\n最後，我會透過兩個實際案例\n帶你直接看看這個 Chrome 擴充功能到底有多猛\n我們直接開始\nChatGPT Chrome Extension 顧名思義\n就是一款 Chrome 擴充功能\n你基本上可以把它理解成\n把 ChatGPT 直接搬進你的瀏覽器裡\n而這個住在瀏覽器裡的 GPT\n最大的威力就在於\n它可以直接接手你在瀏覽器裡的所有工作\n以前我們讓 AI 去操作瀏覽器\n通常會遇到很多痛點\n要嘛每次開的都是全新視窗\n裡面完全沒有你的登入資訊跟 cookies\n叫它查個後台或看個文件\n就直接卡在登入畫面，要你手動輸入密碼\n要嘛是操作極度不穩定，動不動權限失效\n畫面卡死\n甚至它還會一邊操作\n一邊搶走你的分頁跟焦點\n根本沒辦法讓它在背景好好做事\n換成 ChatGPT Chrome Extension 後\n就完全沒有這些問題了\n因為它是直接借用你現有的 Chrome Profile\n也就是說\n你平常已經登入的那些軟體\n公司管理後台，Gmail 甚至是 Google Drive\n它都能直接進去讀取跟操作\n連你在瀏覽器裡裝的其他擴充功能\n它也能無縫共用\n而且，它在操作網頁時\n也可以在背景跨分頁做事\n當你派給它一個複雜的任務時\n它會自己在 Chrome 裡面開新分頁\n甚至用 Tab Group 自動把同一個任務的相關頁面整理在一起\n它會默默在背景幫你查資料，比對內容\n完全不會搶走你眼前正在看的畫面\n也就是說，你可以同時去做別的事\n不過，很多人可能會有一個疑問\nChatGPT App 為了操作這些軟體\n本來就有 Plugins\n而且 App 裡面也有內建的 Browser\n那這些功能跟 ChatGPT Chrome Extension\n到底有什麼差別？\n我們到底什麼時候該用哪一個？\n你可以這樣來區分\n第一種情況\n如果你要操作的 App 有專屬 Plugin\n像是 GitHub 或 Slack\n那就優先用 Plugin\n因為 Plugin 走的是官方 API\n傳遞的是結構化資料\n通常反應最快，最穩定\n消耗的 token 也最少\n而且操作起來最精準安全\n第二種情況\n如果這個 App 沒有 Plugin\n但它有網頁版\n這時候你就可以用 GPT 的 Chrome Extension\n這包含了你們公司內部的系統\n沒有 Plugin 的小眾 Web SaaS\n或者是那些需要沿用你現有 Chrome 登入身分\nCookies 和已開啟分頁的工作\n只要你在 Chrome 裡已經登入\nAI 就可以直接進去幫你點按鈕\n查資料，甚至整理報表\n那 ChatGPT App 內建的 Browser 呢？\n它適合在什麼時候用？\n雖然內建 Browser 現在也可以在設定裡匯入憑證跟 Cookies\n但它本質上依然是一個獨立的沙盒環境\n所以，它最適合拿來跑本機開發測試\n查公開的網頁資料\n或者你單純想把某個任務隔離在獨立視窗裡執行\n不希望 AI 的操作去動到你平常在用的 Chrome\n簡單總結一下\n有專屬 Plugin 就優先用 Plugin\n想直接沿用當前 Chrome 裡的分頁\n登入身分跟擴充功能\n就用 Chrome Extension\n如果是本機開發這類的測試任務\n就交給內建 Browser\n那麼\n我會把哪些工作交給 ChatGPT Chrome Extension 來做呢？\n主要有這兩大類\n第一類\n是根本沒有 Plugin 的網頁 App\n我們日常在用的小眾服務\n預約系統，記帳網站\n甚至公司的內部管理後台\n這些地方根本不可能有人去幫它寫專屬的官方 Plugin\n但只要它有網頁版\n你平常也是用 Chrome 打開來操作\n那這個擴充功能就可以直接接手\n之前有一位客戶找我做諮詢\n他們內部的管理後台和工具都做得特別慢\n以前都要拜託內部工程師去開發 API 才能串接後續的自動化，幫我們省去繁瑣的流程\n幫我們省去繁瑣的流程\n但 ChatGPT Chrome Extension\n可以直接繞過這些繁雜的溝通\n自己把工作給自動化\n第二類\n是需要跨網頁，跨 Web App 操作的繁複工作\n舉個例子\n你今天收到老闆或客戶的 WhatsApp 訊息\n要你查訂單進度\n你得一邊開公司的內部 CRM 查資料\n一邊開 Google Calendar 確認排程\n最後再把整理好的回覆貼回 WhatsApp\n過去這種把資料跨網站搬來搬去的雜事\n你必須自己開一堆分頁手動切換\n但現在交給 ChatGPT Chrome Extension\n它就能在背景跨越多個分頁\n幫你把這整條工作流完美串起來\n所以只要是沒有 Plugin 的網頁工作\n或者是需要多個 Web App 互相接力的事情\n丟給這個 Chrome Extension 絕對是最合適的\n搞懂了什麼時候該用它\n接下來我們就一步一步把它安裝起來\n並啟動你的第一個任務\n整個安裝過程非常簡單\n主要分成 ChatGPT 桌面端跟 Chrome 瀏覽器兩個部分\n第一步\n打開 Codex 桌面版\n在左側選單點進 Plugins\n找到 Chrome 並點擊安裝\n這一步是為了讓 ChatGPT 具備跟 Chrome 溝通的能力\n第二步\n點擊設定流程裡的連結\n畫面會直接跳轉到 Chrome Web Store\n這時候點擊加到 Chrome 安裝官方 Extension\n並同意權限\n安裝好之後\n確認瀏覽器右上角有出現擴充功能的圖示\n並點開看看側邊欄能不能正常載入\n如果你平常跟我一樣\nChrome 裡面會開好幾個不同身分的 Profile\n像是個人用，公司用或專門測試用的\n請務必確認這個 Extension\n是裝在你要執行任務的那個 Profile 底下\n因為它只看得到那個 Profile 底下的瀏覽器視窗\n裝好之後\n要叫它做事其實有兩個入口\n第一個方式\n是回到 Codex 或 ChatGPT Work 開一個新對話\n直接用白話文叫它啟用 Chrome 插件\n或者在指令前面加上小老鼠 @Chrome 強制呼叫\n第二個方式更直覺\n你也可以直接在瀏覽器的側邊欄打開這個插件\n把你的需求跟檔案直接丟進去叫它執行\n接下來\n我們直接透過幾個實際案例\n來看看這個 ChatGPT 插件到底是怎麼工作的\n以及它的能力究竟有多強\n第一個案例\n我們選一個我相信很多朋友都遇過的痛點\n把發票整理到 Google Sheets 上\n首先\n我打開 Chrome 瀏覽器上的 ChatGPT 插件\n然後輸入這段 Prompt\n附檔是本月的 8 張發票\n我需要你幫我把發票資訊整理在 Google Sheets 上\n讓它變成一個排版專業，好閱讀，好理解的報表\n方便我之後做分析以及請會計處理\n我們就用這個簡單的 Prompt\n來看看 AI 到底有多聰明\n我們只要求了排版好看\n並說明後續目的是為了分析和請會計處理\n就是想測試看看\n模型現在對於一份好報表的定義究竟是什麼\n接著，我把這八張發票的 PDF 檔案直接上傳\n送出之後\n它會逐一讀取這八張發票的內容\n然後幫我把資料全部匯入\n這裡最讓人驚豔的是\nGPT 在編排這些儲存格的時候\n那個小滑鼠動得有多快\n我這段影片是完全沒有加速過的喔\n它選取範圍，設定格式，調整欄寬\n這個操作速度真的很恐怖\n完全不是人類手動操作可以達到的境界\n每次看它那個小滑鼠在畫面上快速地動來動去\n就覺得非常過癮\n你可以看看它最後產出的成果\n我們前面只給了一段非常簡單\n沒有任何詳細規格的 Prompt\n它竟然就自動幫我建了三張完整的 Sheet\n第一張是發票明細\n把日期，廠商，金額和品項條列得清清楚楚\n第二張是品項明細\n第三張是分析摘要\n把各類別的支出佔比跟加總\n整理成了一份報表\n甚至連裡面該有的計算公式\n它都自己幫我寫好了\n排版跟顏色的配置我覺得也相當不錯\n整個過程你完全不用去教它怎麼建表\n只要丟八個檔案，講一句話\n它直接幫你全部搞定\n雖然用 AI 建報表這件事\n如果你常用 AI 的話\n可能覺得不是什麼新鮮事了\n你用 Claude Code 或其他的 Google Sheets Plugin\n一樣可以做得很好\n但我這個案例主要想給你看的是\nGPT 在網頁介面操作的能力上\n已經和一年前那種類似 Perplexity 的 Browser 或者是 GPT 之前出過的 AI 原生 Browser Atlas\n或者是 GPT 之前出過的 AI 原生 Browser Atlas\n完全不是同一個級別了\n之前我用那些工具\n老實說體驗都滿一般的\n接下來我們進入第二個 Demo\n嘗試讓它執行需要跨網頁操作的複雜任務\n這次，我想請它幫公司規劃一場\n位於台北大安站附近\n十個人的室內 Team Building 活動\n我們不只要讓它查資料\n還要讓它跨越多個網站跟 Web App 連續接力\n從搜尋店家，計算步行時間\n在 Google Docs 產出比較表\n去 Google Calendar 排定暫定行程\n最後再到 WhatsApp Web 把訊息草稿寫好\n你可以看到\n它自己在瀏覽器裡建了一個叫規劃台北團隊活動的 Tab Group\n在裡面開啟了不同店家的網頁跟 Google Maps 分頁\n一邊比對十個人的包場費用\n一邊在 Google Maps 上實測從大安站走過去的步行時間\n查完一輪資料後\n它切換到 Google Docs\n自己開了一份全新的文件\n把活動類型，費用\n步行時間跟優缺點分析\n全部整理得井井有條\n文件建立完成後\n它立刻接力切換到 Google Calendar\n直接點進 8 月 20 號下午的時段\n在行事曆上建好一筆暫定活動\n還把推薦店家的地址跟詳細時間表塞進了說明欄\n最後，它打開了 WhatsApp Web\n把這場 Team Building 的活動時間\n地點跟流程通知\n完整打在對話框裡\n就等你最後審核，按下傳送\n整套流程看下來花了大概 20 分鐘\n我還是蠻滿意的\n這也是我對 ChatGPT 的一個印象\n就是不管任務步驟再多\n它還是有辦法遵從我的指令\n不會偏掉地把任務完成\n就算任務需要經過很長的步驟\n中間經過上下文壓縮\n一開始輸入的指令和資訊\n不會因為這些壓縮而被不小心丟失\n看完了這兩個 Demo\n你應該能感受到它的能力極限在哪裡了\n但正因為它是直接連進你日常在用的 Chrome\n所以安全邊界一定要顧好\n這裡我整理了兩個最核心的安全使用原則\n第一個原則是\n不可逆的操作，一律停在最後一步\n只要你的任務涉及寄出信件\n發布社群貼文，刪除資料，甚至付款\n請務必在 Prompt 裡明確寫上停在確認畫面\n不要送出\n把最後的核准權留在自己手上\n千萬不要把決策完全交給自動化\n第二個原則是\n處理敏感任務時\n請使用獨立的 Chrome Profile\n切換一個乾淨的工作 Profile\n可以避免你的私人分頁，瀏覽紀錄\n通訊軟體的聊天名稱或敏感通知\n被 AI 當成背景 Context 讀取\n甚至意外出現在你的任務畫面裡\n從這次 ChatGPT Chrome Extension 的實際表現來看\n不管是操作速度，穩定度\n還是跨分頁的協調能力\n都非常出色\nOpenAI 的方向已經非常明確了\n就是要把它們從過去幫工程師寫 Code 的工具\n或一般的問答 AI\n正式升級成一個能幫所有人操作數位工作環境的通用 Agent\n而這個 Chrome Extension\n就是這個通用 Agent
