  "text": "哈囉 各位同學大家好\n今天呢\nMeiko想來跟同學們分享Gemini Spark的這\n一個自動化的功能\n那這個自動化的功能可以讓我們在24小時\n裡面都可以去執行一些特定的任務\n你可以在左邊排程這個地方\n設定某個時間點 讓AI去替你執行任務\n你也可以新增技能 讓AI在執行任務的時候\n可以參考我們的技能來執行\n那也可以去連結我們的一些應用程式\n那今天呢\nMeiko主要會以公文寫作為範例來跟同學們分享\n也就是說呢 我要去寫一份公文\n我希望他能夠參考一些寫作的技能\n來幫我寫出比較符合規範的公文\n那這裡寫出來的公文就會真的比較符合\n公務機關的這個公文的寫作\n那今天呢 Meiko會先帶同學們來建立技能\n這個技能會讓他去連結\n我們的Gemini Notebook\n然後來幫我們寫出這一份公文\n那我們剛剛提到的這個Spark的這個功能呢\n他必須是Pro的用戶才能夠使用\n同學們如果是免費的帳號呢\n暫時可能沒有辦法用Spark這個功能\n那Meiko今天也會跟大家分享\n如果我們今天沒有Spark\n我們如何在即時通訊這裡呢\n也能夠寫出比較正式的公文\n那另外呢 還要跟同學們分享另外一個消息\n今年度呢 Google AI針對大專院校的免費\n一年的方案又出來了\n那同學們如果是大專院校\n就是你有EDU的帳號的話呢\n你都可以來嘗試的申請看看\n不過今年度的這個額度有一點縮水\n你如果是大學生符合資格\n你只能領到Plus的這個方案\n能夠領到一整年免費\n那如果你符合這個資格\n你想要用到Pro的方案的話呢\n你可能每個月要付一百多塊\n同學如果有興趣的話呢\n你也可以搜索Google AI 2026\n大學生免費方案\n就會有很多教學\n告訴你如何去領取這個免費的Google AI\n那有符合資格的同學呢\n不要錯過今年的機會哦\n好 那我們就回到我們剛剛所提到的這個\nGemini Spark這一個\n我們今天的範例呢 是以公文寫作為範例哦\n所以我希望他在幫我寫公文的時候\n能夠參考我的公文寫作規範\n然後也要參考一些政府採購法\n所以我就把這些規範呢\n放在Gemini Notebook底下哦\n那我在這邊呢 就有建立了幾本筆記本\n我建立了一個臺灣政府機關公文寫作技巧\n然後呢 也建立了一本政府採購法的一個\n相關的一些規範在裡面哦\n那這裡我先以這一個公文寫作技巧為範例\n我們如果要建立這一個公文\n寫作的筆記本的話呢？\n只要新建一個筆記本\n好 那我們新建筆記本之後呢\n同學就可以新增來源\n然後如果你的單位裡面呢\n有一些公文寫作的規範\n你就可以把檔案給上傳上來哦\n那如果沒有的話 也沒有關係\n我們就直接呢 在網路上搜索\n臺灣地區政府機關公文寫作指南語用語這裡\n那因為 Meiko 因為現在在錄影哦\n所以呢 我就使用快速搜索\n那同學們時間比較多的話\n你就用深度搜索 可以找到比較多的來源\n那快速搜索呢 一次可能十個\n深度搜索大概二三十個 不一定哦\n好 那我們搜索 就按這個箭頭\n那等他找到資料之後呢\n我們就可以篩選 然後沒有問題的資料\n我們就把他匯入進來\n那匯入進來 你就會有一本這一個\n跟公文寫作相關的筆記本哦\n好 那快速搜索呢\n他很快就找到這些相關的資料了\n我們可以點這個查看\n然後看看裡面的資料呢？\n是不是符合我們想要的\n你也可以點這個箭頭啊\n連出去看一下 裡面的這些資訊呢\n是不是有符合你要的\n會不會資料太舊之類的\n像這個九十六年會不會太舊了\n好 那我們假設這些資料\n都是我們要的 我們就可以點匯入哦\n如果你的單位裡面有寫作的\n這一個檔案的話 你匯入進來\n可能比較適合哦\n那我現在因為沒有 所以我就去網路上找\n好 那這些資料匯入進來之後呢\n如果我們這裡還有一些備註啊\n我們就可以在右邊點這個新增記事哦\n那點了新增記事之後呢\n比如說我這邊還有一些\n我指定的這一些 可能層級的這一些\n編號的方式\n我就把他備註過來\n那備註過來之後呢 我就給他一個\n這個標題\n把他放在這兒\n好 那我們這邊的補充資料\n放進來之後呢\n你像我們等一下在寫公文的時候\n也能夠參考到這些資料的話\n你就得把他轉換為來源\n讓他到左邊這邊來\n那我們剛剛看到下面有一個這個粉色\n代表說這一個資料呢 沒有辦法匯入進來\n所以我們就可以點這個點點點\n然後把他移除\n好 移除之後呢\n我們再點這一個新增來源\n你就可以看到啊 這本筆記本呢\n裡面可以放三百個來源\n那我現在已經用掉十個了\n那同學如果是免費的帳號\n你最多就是五十個來源\n好 那這本筆記本建立好了之後呢\n我們就把他放著\n然後同學們就再新建一個筆記本\n相同的做法 然後就是照政府採購法\n好 那我們現在已經有兩本筆記本了\n那我這邊其實已經好多本了\n所以我這本先刪除\n好 那我們筆記本\n建立好了之後呢\n我們就回到我們的Gemini Spark這裡\n然後第一個呢\n我們要先到這個連結的應用程式\n然後在Google的Workspace\n這個地方呢 你要啟用連結\n就是讓他可以連結到Google文件\n或Google的雲端硬碟\n然後下面這一個Gemini Notebook\n也把他打開來喔 就是他可以呢\n這個技能可以連結到我們\n剛剛所新增的這個筆記本\n好 打開來之後呢\n我們就到技能這裡\n那進來之後呢 你可以手動建立\n比如說你已經有想法了 你名稱要取什麼\n說明 然後這個技能裡面\n要執行什麼樣的動作 你就可以自己寫\n那如果你不知道該怎麼寫的話呢\n我們就可以呢\n透過Gemini來建立喔\n那透過Gemini來建立呢 就簡單了\n我們就可以呢 直接跟他講說\n建立一個公文寫作的技能\n然後參考我的Gemini Notebook\n裡面的採購呢\n跟公文相關的筆記本資料\n依據我的需求來幫我寫\n這個公文 然後必須要\n符合臺灣地區的公文寫作規範\n好 這個是我跟他講\n我要建立的技能的需求\n那我們就送出\n那送出之後\n他就會幫我們把這個技能給建立起來\n好 所以呢\n他有連結到我們的Gemini Notebook了\n好 我們可以看到呢\n他技能的名稱已經幫我們取好了\n然後他有連結到\n裡面的幾本筆記本喔\n其實裡面可能蠻多本的\n所以他就找到這幾本筆記本喔\n這裡呢\n我就跟他講說呢 參考的筆記本呢\n以這個圈圈開頭的這兩本筆記本為主\n所以他建立好之後\n你還是可以請他再微調\n好 他已經鎖定這兩本筆記本了\n那我們現在技能已經建立好了\n所以我們的技能名稱呢\n就是這個技能名稱\n那接著呢 我們就來到左邊這個技能\n稍微看一下\n他已經幫我們建立好這個技能了\n好 建立好之後 我們要如何來使用呢\n我們可以把星星打開來\n然後到工作這個地方\n點工作進來之後呢\n你只要在提示框這裡輸入一個斜線\n你輸入斜線之後呢\n就可以找到這個技能\n好 那我們找到這個技能之後呢\n我們就可以把我們的需求寫上來\n比如說我們跟他講說呢\n我想要寫一個這個\n數位工具應用培訓研習會\n然後我預計要多少錢\n我今年要辦這個研討會喔\n所以我需要獎師費啊 場地佈置費啊\n等等 然後請他幫我寫一個\n簽呈 好了之後我們就送出\n好 所以這裡我們就可以看到呢\n他有去連結到我們的Gemini Notebook\n去看我們的寫作規範喔\n同學可能會覺得說\n那平常我開啟一個Gemini的聊天室窗\n我一樣呢\n告訴他需求之後他就能夠幫我寫文啦\n其實這樣也是可以喔\n只是沒有給他一些參考的資料呢\n可能寫出來你要修改的地方\n會比較多喔\n那有些時候我們在一個聊天室裡面呢\n常常在裡面寫了很多次文之後\n他可能會有上下文的干擾\n文件的內容也比較容易混淆\n那再來就是每一次寫出來的\n公文風格可能都會有微幅的差異喔\n也許格式就不是那麼的準確喔\n有時候我們在寫文的時候呢\n可能會跟採購有一點關係喔\n所以這個時候呢我們如果給他一些\n參考的這些依據的話\n那寫出來的文呢可能比較\n能夠讓我們少改一些內容喔\n所以這邊他就告訴我們\n他依據我們的政府採購法\n跟公文寫作的規範\n然後幫我們寫出了這一份公文喔\n然後我們再往下面看呢\n可以看到這裡有一個Word的檔案\n我們把它打開來\n那打開來之後同學就可以在這邊修修改改\n比如說你覺得這個可能不適合\n你就可以把它改掉\n這個公文寫出來呢其實就是一個初稿\n同學們還是得修修改改\n改成比較符合你單位裡面的一些用法喔\n但至少呢裡面一些比較該注意的地方\n用語的地方呢\n我們都不用太去擔心說\n我們寫錯喔\n這個是在Spark底下呢\n我們設定技能連結到Gemini Notebook\n來幫我們寫公文喔\n那剛好提到呢如果你是免費的用戶\n你可能沒有Spark可以使用\n那怎麼辦呢\n沒有關係我們就用Gemini來幫我們寫作\n那這裡我先把這裡都關掉\n我們回來Gemini即時通訊這裡\n回來之後呢你一樣是\n這個Gemini Notebook\n你還是要把這幾本筆記本都建好\n那建好之後我們在寫公文的時候\n我們就可以點這個加號\n然後到更多找到我們的Notebooks\n這裡然後點進來之後\n你就可以找到你的這兩本筆記本\n兩個都把它打勾起來\n然後按新增\n按了新增之後呢\n你再把你剛剛寫公文的需求\n給貼上來\n下面這個地方呢加號\n我們就可以選擇我們要用Canvas\n好然後送出\n其實這樣子也蠻方便的\n我們只要點加號進來之後呢\n然後去找到我們的這兩本筆記本\n再把需求寫上來\n其實它也是可以幫我們寫出公文喔\n只是有時候這個排版呢就不是排的太好\n你可能就是要這樣子\n在這裡呢直接進行分段\n那剛剛我測試了這個Spark\n寫出來的這個排版\n我感覺是比較好一點喔\n好那這裡呢有一個問題\n就是同學們如果下一次又要寫公文的時候呢\n如果你下次\n在下面這個地方\n再把你的需求打上來然後按送出\n比較有可能會上下文干擾\n比如說你下面在寫一個公文\n可能上面的一些內容\n就影響到下面喔\n那這裡比較建議大家就是建立一個GEM\n可是GEM呢\n它其實在\n可能十月份左右就會\n停止支援這個功能喔\n所以以後的GEM可能會消失\n那目前還不確定喔\n是有聽說會消失\n可能未來都會跑到這個Spark底下的技能喔\n就是Skills的方式\n那可能也只會提供給\nPro的用戶來使用喔\n好今天呢跟同學們分享\nGEM來連結筆記本的用法呢\n同學們如果有興趣的話呢\n都可以嘗試看看喔\n好那今天的影片呢就跟同學們分享到這裡\n那我們下部影片見\n掰掰",
