Drive上,\n早已經有一個功能叫做掃描。\n就是為瞭解決這個問題而設計出來的,\n它可以讓你很快地把原本紙本的內容,\n透過手機鏡頭拍成乾淨的數位PDF,\n讓原本紙本的資料可以快速匯入到我們的\nGoogle Drive雲端上,\n成為我們的數位資產,才能進行更多後續的應用。\n你可能會問,我平常直接用\n手機相機拍一張不也一樣嗎?\n相信我,完全不一樣。\n這就是為什麼你相簿裡拍了幾百張文件照片,\n最後全都變成找不到的數位垃圾。\n而用它掃出來的檔案,AI卻能一眼看懂。\n我們直接打開畫面,實測給你看。\n現在就直接來看一下,怎麼使用\nGoogle Drive的掃描功能。\n這是我的手機版的\nGoogle Drive。\n首先我們點選這個掃描的按鈕,\n按下之後就可以進入掃描模式。\n進入掃描模式後,\n依照你的手機的硬體規格以及版本,\n你顯示出來的畫面可能會與我的不大一樣。\n但是基本操作的功能應該還是相同的\n進入之後它可以自動幫你進行掃描\n所以你只要把畫面對準到你的文件上\n然後它就會出現這樣藍色的框線\n自動幫你找尋文件的範圍\n然後進行掃描\n你也可以利用手動的方式按下這個照相的按鈕\n強制把現在的畫面拍照下來\n不過我建議你還是利用自動辨識的方式會得到比較好的效果\n識的方式會得到比較好的效果\n當你掃描好一張照片後\n你會看到掃好的文件出現在下面這裡\n那如果你是連續的兩三張文件\n你可以直接按下這個按鈕,\n就會繼續進行下一張文件的掃描動作。\n你可以像這樣,\n將手機懸停在距離文件一定的高度上,\n一隻手在下面翻頁,一隻手負責按下一頁,\n讓它連續的掃描文件。\n不用做任何多餘的操作,\n它就會自動幫你持續進行掃描。\n這就是Google\nDrive掃描功能非常便利的地方。\n不過這樣一頁一頁地進行掃描,\n手臂一直停在上面,有時候還是挺吃力的。\n所以我建議大家可以找個輔助工具來支撐手機,\n會有更好的效果。\n好,就像這樣持續進行掃描並拍攝。\n當你把這批文件都掃描完成,\n這時按下下面這個繼續的按鈕就可以跳出掃描的介面\n鈕就可以跳出掃描的介面,\n切換到這個畫面來。\n在這個畫面我們在下方可以設定,\n要把掃描的文件儲存成JPG\n圖片或是PDF文件。\n因為我們是有很多頁的內容,\n所以我們要選擇用PDF的格式。\n選擇好之後按下上方的上傳就可以把這個製作好的PDF檔案\n可以把這個製作好的PDF檔案\n上傳到你的Google Drive雲端硬碟上\n現在把我們電腦端的雲端硬碟打開\n可以看到已經儲存了很多PDF檔案\n這裡有一些檔名用\"已掃描\"為開頭的檔案\n就是剛剛執行的掃描檔案\n我們可以在這裡檢查一下\n其實有些頁面掃描起來的效果不是很好\n特別是因為雜誌的紙張會反光\n導致某些文字看不清楚\n或是比例不對之類的問題\n不過事實上在後續的過程中,\n我們實際上並不會看這些原始的PDF內容,\n而是要用AI來分析。\n有很多人眼覺得有問題的部分\nAI其實還是可以輕鬆的辨認出來。\n所以除非你掃描的內容像是\n這樣真的模糊到非常嚴重,\n那可能需要重新掃描,\n否則一般的反光問題其實可以不用管它。\n那在進行後面的應用之前,我們再來說明一下。\n用Google\nDrive的掃描功能來掃描文件,\n比你用一般的拍照來拍攝有哪些好處,\n以及如何可以提升掃描功能的效果。\n首先第一個好處是,\n它可以自動偵測並且自動校正影像。\n它會偵測相機畫面中哪一部分是文件的邊界,\n並在最理想的時機點進行拍攝。\n即使文件擺得歪歪的或者是\n因為相機拍攝的角度問題,\n無法正對著拍。\n它在拍攝後也會自動將歪斜\n的畫面校正為正確的狀態,\n像是範例這樣。\n雖然在拍攝的時候因為角度的關係\n我們拍照時的影像是傾斜的梯形\n但是它會自動把影像還原為長方形\n第二,雖然它會自動偵測你的文件邊界\n但是如果你的書本與背景的顏色相近的話\n會增加它辨識的時間以及難度\n因此,我們建議你用一個黑色的背景來拍攝\n可以有效提升每次偵測文件邊界的效率\n你看,像是這個範例\n我們幾乎只要翻頁就可以立即拍攝\n效率上提升不少\n第三,雖然它可以進行梯形的校正\n不過這畢竟是靠軟體修正的結果\n如果你想要更好的效果\n最好還是把相機的鏡頭完全平行\n放在書本資料的正上方\n可以減少造成拍攝時失真的因素\n第四,如果你對於拍攝出來的畫面品質比較要求的話\n來的畫面品質比較要求的話\n那麼拍攝的時候最好還是在\n光線比較充足的情況下拍照\n不然容易拍出晃動模糊的畫面\n另外如果你拍攝的是雜誌之類有亮光的頁面\n那麼你還需要注意一下\n拍攝時現場光源反光的問題\n那介紹完掃描的部分，現在要來討論你掃描好的資料\n現在要來討論你掃描好的資料\n怎麼樣讓圖片中的內容變成可以辨識的文字\n在這裡我們介紹兩種方法\n我們以剛剛掃描好的\nPC Keep官方功能結束後\n如何備份電腦版、手機版\n以及可以用的替代方案的教學內容\n你可以看到因為我們掃描的時候\n有些地方有反光\n為了怕辨識效果不好\n有的頁面我們也多掃描了幾次\n試圖獲得比較好的效果\n那麼我們可以怎麼樣來讀取\n這些目前還是圖片上的教學內容\n第一個可以嘗試的方法是\n其實我們可以在Google文件內\n直接把這個PDF檔案打開\nGoogle文件內建有基本的OCR辨識功能\n可以抓出裡面可以辨識的文字\n我們用這個方法把這個PDF檔案打開來看看\n開啟的時候會花比較久的時間\n此時他正在針對這個文件進行OCR的辨識動作\n接下來我們在打開的文件中\n滑到我們要檢視的內容來看\n如果你之前有試過用辨識軟體來辨識文件的話\n這就是傳統辨識軟體辨識出來的結果\n文字的部分雖然辨識了\n但是因為雜誌的排版不是線性的\n因此它辨識出來的內容很難以閱讀\n往往是步驟一的內容講到一半\n它接到步驟三的內文了\n另外因為原本的掃描效果也不好\n因此很多缺字漏字或是錯字的情況也會發生\n如果你要從這裡去還原內容的話\n說不定用手打字還比較快\n因此這個方式是行不通的\n我們現在來用另外一種方法\n那就是把這個數位PDF檔案當作來源\n保存在你的Gemini Notebook的筆記本中\nNotebook的筆記本中\n我們在這裡新增一個筆記本\n然後在來源這裡選擇檔案\n把這個PDF檔案放進筆記本裡\n接下來我們在輸入框中輸入\n請它詳細說明\n如何備份電腦版的\nLine Keep\n手機版的Line Keep\n以及有什麼替代方案\n然後它就顯示出來非常完整的答案\n實際檢查它給我們的答案內容是正確的\n不過它並不是百分之百地還原原本的內容\n更像是它讀過一遍內容後\n幫我們重新整理出來的結論\n這是因為Gemini LM裡頭來。\n上傳好之後,現在我們針對WiFi\n設定的問題對它提問。\n你可以看到,它很快就可以幫\n我們把相關的解答回答出來。\n透過這樣的方式,\n你把各種家電的使用說明\n書都放在這個筆記本裡頭,\n以後不管是遙控器隱藏功能、濾網、\n更換週期,還是清洗保養步驟,\n整個家的電器維護都可以在這個筆記裡頭查到,\n瞬間變成一問即答的智慧管家。\n第二個範例是我們要掃描食譜。\n很多人家裡都有好幾本厚厚的食譜\n書或是雜誌上剪下來的特色料理。\n我們這裡示範的是一本日文的食譜。\n這本食譜是針對三明治熱壓\n機這種廚具來設計的食譜。\n在用Google Drive掃描食譜時,\n你會稍微遇到一些問題。\n因為食譜書通常都是一頁彩色食物的圖片,\n一頁是文字,\n而掃描的機制遇到全彩色的圖片時,\n會比較無法判斷這是背景還是書籍內容,\n因此會花比較久的時間。\n你看像是這一頁,\n它就一直無法判斷要不要掃描右頁,\n藍色框框一直來回收縮。\n遇到這種情況,你可以調整一下鏡頭的遠近,\n或是考慮只要掃描左頁,或是像我一樣,\n持續等待它自己想清楚。\n那我們只掃描其中四篇食譜,\n那我們只掃描其中四篇食譜，然後把它丟到Notebook上面來。\n對於大模型來說,\n日文與中文的辨識難度是一樣的,\n我們可以在這裡直接用中文發問,\n他也會用中文回答食物的料理過\n程以及方式完全沒有語言的隔閡\n那這次我們在工作室中選擇簡報\n要求他要把每個料理食譜表現出來\n而且要包括料理的過程以及食材\n看看他能否還原食譜的內容\n這個結果比較有意思的是\n他一開始先解釋了什麼是\n三明治熱壓機以及他的原理\n然後他把料理的過程用圖像表現出來\n這些其實在原本的書上也沒有\n是他透過文字的描述去理解\n然後產生出來的\n所以有些地方其實是錯的\n像是炸豬排這裡\n應該是豬排在兩面沾麵包粉\n但是他把麵包粉理解為吐司麵包沾了粉\n因此看起來非常奇怪\n不過這個免包巨大煎餅的過程\n在下面鋪滿餃子皮的做法\n看起來則是對的\n總之這只是示範一種食譜資料的用法\n相信你還可以自己延伸出更多有趣的用法\n第三個非常實用的範例\n就是打造你的專屬隨身旅遊導遊\n大家去出國自由行或國內旅遊時\n一定常在觀光案內所、火車站或飯店大廳\n拿了一大堆精美的紙本景點傳單\n手繪地圖或是當地的巴士、渡輪時刻表\n但實際在路上走的時候\n這些紙本資料超級難用\n塞在包包裡常常被擠得爛爛的\n要用的時候怎麼掏也掏不出來\n這時候你只要在拿到傳單的當下\n花兩分鐘用Google\nDrive掃描把它們拍下來,\n全部丟進你的旅遊筆記本裡,\n你的手機瞬間就變成一個懂\n所有當地路線的隨身導遊。\n比方說我已經有兩份日本小豆島的旅遊地圖,\n預先在Notebook裡頭保存好。\n那我到了小豆島的時候,看到這個站牌,\n以及當地複雜的巴士路線圖,真的整個人傻掉。\n這個圖實在看不太懂,也不知道時間要怎麼搭配,\n因此我就把這些全部拍照,\n再次回入Notebook裡頭,直接問他。\n現在是上午10點鐘,\n我在土庄港想要搭公車去坐纜車,我該怎麼去?\n現在我們來看,他給我們的解答。\n他告訴我最近的兩班公車都\n要先搭車到草壁港再去換車。\n這裡特別貼心的是這個。\n因為小豆島上的公車,還有分南迴以及北迴兩種公車\n還有分南迴以及北迴兩種公車,\n他提醒我,千萬別搭到北迴的公車。\n然後到了草壁港之後,\n又要去搭韓霞溪急行縣公車到紅雲亭\n才能坐纜車。\n不過這個公車只有在春季以及秋季才有開,\n其他季節是搭不到的,只能叫計程車。\n你看這些規則這麼多,根本就是一堆的陷阱。\n如果不靠AI,\n我雖然人在現場也看到這些站牌資訊,\n恐怕也解不開這些謎題。\n過去大家習慣把實體資料收納歸檔\n在我們辦公桌的抽屜或資料夾中,\n這是最沒有效率的做法。\n我們真正需要的不是紙張實體,\n而是紙張裡面的資訊。\n透過把資訊收納到\nGemini
