  "text": "這是我表姐在日本住了4年的房子。她高中畢業後一個人來到日本,靠打工和獎學金,成到了大學畢業。\n這也是神奈川的史相車站,我今天來找我表姐吃飯。\n這邊有車站因為靠近川崎,所以人還是比較多的。不過車站內部還是破破爛爛的。我當初還在川崎讀高中的時候,他們車站南五線都還沒有裝圍欄呢。\n沒想到這一畢業他就裝了圍欄\n這簡直就跟你畢業之後學校立馬翻新一樣\n雖然說他們這個車站比較小\n但看過我往期影片的人應該都知道\n這邊對比我那奇遇鄉下已經算是很繁榮了\n平常週末的時候我在奇遇外面走幾圈都沒有什麼人\n這這邊車站附近基本都是人\n也有可能這也是離川崎車站比較近\n那要過去玩的話直接走路就可以到了\n要對比的話我還是挺喜歡熱鬧的地方\n不知道大家喜歡那種安靜的旗嶼鄉下\n還是這種稍微熱鬧一點的穿旗呢\n他們這邊有專門收集垃圾的垃圾網\n今天這個區畫應該是不收垃圾的\n不過也有可能是提早把垃圾收集完了\n我知道大部分的地方都是工作日丟垃圾\n平常週六週末我還真不知道要丟什麼\n神奈川我比較印象深的\n就是這種地勢高低差的標識\n因為神奈川大部分都是小山舊改的城市\n所以低點的地方很容易被水淹\n我使奈川這邊確實比我們其餘有錢\n這種一般都是團地或者是比較廉價的公寓\n但也有一個小公園還很漂亮\n說回我的表姐\n她高中畢業之後覺得自己澳本的成績不是很理想\n然後就直接留學過來日本讀語言學校\n當然她剛來日本的時候連房子都租不到\n因為某些原因很多房東聽到你是外國留學生\n他們就直接拒絕租給你\n後來他就先暫住在我們家\n等考上大學之後才慢慢開始獨立生活\n那麼今天就順便帶大家看一看\n一個普通日本留學生\n在日本真實住的地方是什麼樣的\n不知道看這期影片的觀眾\n是不是對日本留學感興趣的\n實際你要在日本留學的話\n這租房子確實是一件很麻煩的事情\n因為你在看房的時候\n中介一聽你是留學生\n他們態度就會比較微妙\n因為大部分就是沒有穩定的收入\n所以有些房東會擔心你突然付不起房租\n或者是一聲不吭直接跑回國了\n所以這種情況下就需要有一個擔保人\n要跑路的話房東就會去找擔保人\n我表姐那種情況他就是\n他說好像他的學校比較有財力\n然後也算半個名校\n這家上有日本親戚做擔保人\n所以才慢慢租到房子\n之前有個網友就是和我私信聊了很多\n他想高中來日本\n那他覺得這個大學四年的學費還是有點太貴了\n所以打算讀兩年的短期專門學校\n那問題是日本現在這種情況\n你要是隻讀兩年專門學校\n還挺難找工作的\n更何況如果是因為資金問題讀不了大學的話\n以專門學校的身份\n可能租房子都是一個大問題\n不過我也不是什麼留學中介\n單純以我周圍幾個留學生的熟人來說\n總結下來唯一一個可行的方法應該就是\n在日本讀文科的私立大學\n在很低的學費的情況下好好讀書\n得到獎學金並且半功半讀\n之後就是用各種方法努力提升自己的日語\n還有考N1\n然後這大學期間就把那些簡單的證書考下來\n比如IT Passport或者是基礎情報證書\n然後自己再跟網上做一做專案放到GitHub上面\n等大師的時候面試能拿出來自己的專案之類的\n還有證書\n只能做到這一點的話\n那你即便是讀文科\n也能找一個IT的工作不是\n多多少少也是會比專門學校強一些的\n一路走過來\n我還是覺得這邊的環境是正不錯\n要不說人家神奈川的房價比較高呢\n有點像是熱鬧的小縣城的感覺\n週六都是人\n其實我當時買在奇遇的時候\n也只是看那個房子特別好看\n直接心動了\n最開始是有和我朋友去籤業的道毛海濱公園\n那時候就覺得哇住在海邊也太爽了\n如果你真看房子的時候就會發現\n住在海邊那個海嘯有點遭不住\n而且千葉的自然災害也特別多\n只要有颱風基本都會摧殘千葉\n然後每年都能享受非常優質的地震\n地震完之後還有海嘯\n要給日本都道府縣拍個老九門的話\n我覺得這千葉也不遑多讓\n神奈川呢神奈川只是自然災害稍微虛弱了一點點而已\n等你住在神代川的時候就會發現這個城建真的非常糟糕\n不僅路況很複雜\n而且竟然能走那種死亡高坡\n如果你要反駁我的話你就回憶一下\n那個連倉高校那個海邊電車打卡地\n它是不是一個坡\n所以可能住在神代川還有一個好處就是\n每天都能鍛鍊爬坡\n那麼表姐的公寓也就在這附近了\n所以我不會透露她的具體位置\n那麼他本人現在不在家\n所以我們就順便介紹一下他家吧\n這進門也是非常經典的下城市玄關\n不過這房子定位應該是單身公寓\n所以也不會特別大\n左邊這裡就是鞋櫃的\n那鞋櫃也沒有什麼特別的\n不過作為單身公寓的話\n還是挺不錯的\n至少各種鞋子都能放得下\n不知道是佩服這個房子的設計師\n還是佩服我表姐\n原來這電錶這邊也是可以做收納空間的\n他放了一些一次性用品\n因為這房子沒有什麼空間\n所以他水壺都放在門旁邊\n這還有一些食材\n這也算是一種對空間的最大利用\n玄關進來之後\n這立馬就是他的廚房了\n可以看到這廚房還是很小的\n上面是放一些儲具和過碗瓢盆\n下面就是煮飯的地方\n甚至連切菜的地方都沒有\n然後爐子是用電磁爐\n做一些簡單的菜還是可以的\n這些是他放護膚品之類的地方\n然後上面這個杆子應該是後面才買\n也能存放一些掛衣架還挺不錯的\n那下面就是他洗衣機了\n洗衣機做一個人住的話還是挺大的\n這些功能也是基礎的\n我當然就覺得這裡怎麼好像少了點什麼\n原來是這個冰箱是放在下面的\n估計是這間房子自己帶的吧\n這邊就是他家的廁所間浴室\n也就是大家很喜歡的位浴一體\n往期影片就有網友覺得我家的廁所是單獨一間\n很不好打掃\n那不知道大家喜不喜歡這種的位浴一體呢\n前面就是他家的臥室\n這種單身公寓一般是沒有客廳的\n它就是一間臥室\n然後左邊門旁邊就是掛衣服的地方\n左邊門旁邊就是掛衣服的地方。他這個房子是沒有衣櫃的。所以要麼就是掛在掛衣架,要麼就是堆好了放在一起。\n門的右邊他放的就是一個比較小的等身鏡。出門前可以照照鏡子。\n它這邊東西歸納的都是相當合理的\n想必看過我家影片的觀眾\n應該會對這個機器有一點印象\n它就是有人按門鈴的時候會顯示這種畫面\n不過這種一般顯示的都是公寓一樓的門禁\n也就是類似於快遞員\n要是想上樓的話\n就按你家的門牌號\n然後你就能在這裡和他對話\n比如他問你\n我是送快遞的能不能開開門\n你就回答\n好的我這就開門\n要麼就說滾蛋\n這邊就是他的化妝櫃\n平常出門的時候就在這裡化妝\n所以也沒有什麼特別需要介紹的地方\n然後他辦公的地方\n就是躺在床上辦公\n這就是卡住床的框架形成的一個桌板\n不過也能形成一個辦公空間\n也是蠻厲害的\n最後這裡就是他睡覺床了\n寬度好像是一米二左右吧\n一個人睡的話綽綽有餘了\n這種床在日本還是比較大那種\n他這邊視野也挺不錯的\n能直接看到整個川崎的街區\n平常也能在這裡曬衣服\n不過出於隱私\n我們是不會出去外面拍的\n那麼看完我表姐租的房子\n大家覺得這個房子怎麼樣呢\n其實很多留學生來日本能租的房子\n就是這樣子\n有時候看見日本那些房子又小又窄\n那其實也是沒有辦法的事情\n因為租房子也很難滿足便宜\n還要空曠以及便利性\n其實很多留學生最後未必也能留下來工作\n絕大多數就接受不了日本這樣子的生活\n在這裡也是要恭喜我表姐她在今年大四\n以文科生以及新族畢業生的身份\n成功找到了一份IT的工作\n她能找到工作努力和運氣都有\n但我更相信她更多付出的就是努力\n你很難想象她僅僅是作為一個女生\n獨自來到日本\n並且努力考上了一所比較好的名校\n並且在大學期間還拿到獎學金\n以及在半工半讀的情況下\n不依靠父母自以獨立\n前面給大家提的那個留學建議\n就是他走過的路\n很多人都只是在網上看到繁華的東京\n但真正住進這些小房間以後才會發現\n普通人的生活其實都差不多\n日本其實也沒有想象中那麼輕鬆\n只是很多人習慣了說不出來\n很多留學生其實都這樣子一步一步撐過來的\n只能希望他們有美好的結局\n那我本期的影片就到這裡\n感謝大家的收看\n如果對這期影片有什麼想問的問題\n可以在評論區下方留言\n我會一一回復\n那麼大家也不要忘記點贊和關注\n我們下期再見\n拜拜",
