"今天我想要實際跟大家分享我的AI剪片工作流。完全不需要任何的coding。\n哈囉大家好,歡迎來到BPGPT,我是BPW。\n大家一定很好奇,AI對YouTube的內容製作到底改變了多少?\n指令碼、封面、剪輯、字幕、背景音樂能不能透過AI都來做到?\n告訴大家,完全可以。\n帶你跑一次真正的AI實戰工作流。\n從一句Prompt到一個能動的功能。\n再用市場和產品的眼光\n讓它變成有受眾有說服力的作品\n剛剛大家看到這個片段\n不管是素材還是字幕\n全部都是AI它自己做出來的\n今天我想要實際跟大家分享\n我的AI剪片工作流\n完全不需要任何的coding\n你只需要用到一個agent跟一個app\n就可以做到這所有的事情\n所以不管你是未來想要成為YouTuber的人\n或是你已經正在拍YouTube影片的你\n都非常值得來參考今天這支影片\n今天的影片我也會製作成Notion的檔案\n大家可以直接點進去參考\n首先先給大家看一下\n我的完整YouTube影片工作流\n強烈建議大家在拍片之前\n要先把你自己的工作流寫出來\n因為因人而異\n一開始寫的時候一定會有很多缺陋\n但是隨著你在拍攝的過程當中\n它就會慢慢變得完整\n那我主要把它分成四大架構\n第一個架構\n影片的主題大槓跟指令碼\n這個是影片的根基\n那我會把它分成逐字稿\nABroll以及其他的素材\n那Aroll就是你們現在看到我講話的這個畫面\n就是影片的最底層叫做Aroll\n那Broll的話就是一些補上來的素材圖片\n以及特效字幕等等的\n那其他的素材就像是背景音樂\n我會希望背景音樂可以去找到\n能夠符合這個影片風格的音樂\n那最後呢\n我會做出三個版本的YouTube封面\n因為可以直接放在YouTube後臺做ABtest\n那第二個架構就是最重要的剪輯\n剪輯的話我分成兩個階段\n第一個部分就是A-Raw的剪輯\n就是我現在講話的這個畫面\n我會把空白靜音的地方\n以及我講錯的地方剪掉\n我在跟廠商溝通\n我們的專有名詞就叫做初剪或是初稿\n這個就是影片的第一個版本\n那接著第二個階段就叫做副剪\n那就是以A-Raw為底\n上面要疊加一些素材以及B-Raw的畫面\n讓影片它看起來更加的豐富\n那基本上這樣子就已經是一個很完整的YouTube影片\n第三個架構 字幕\n這是身為創作者以前最累的事情\n以前光上一個長影片的字幕\n就要花到四五個小時\n那現在有了AI之後\n幾乎不用五分鐘就可以完成\n而且準確度可以到非常高\n也不需要額外花錢\n那把這些東西結合起來之後\n基本上就已經是影片的最終版了\n那最後一步的話\n就是把影片上傳到YouTube的後臺\n上傳之後\n我會想要進一步瞭解影片的成效\n以及競爭對手釋出了什麼影片\n幫助我下一步的影片題材跟內容\n可以變得更好\n所以剛剛講的這完整的工作流\n現在都可以直接交給AI做到\n那今天我要用到的agent叫做moron\n它是我目前用起來靈活性最高的AI agent\n因為它可以獨立生成圖片影片\n背景音樂\n辨識字幕\n自動剪輯\n以往我這一些東西\n我都要很分散的去找不同的AI工具\n比如說像是cloud\n它可以辨識字幕\n製作背景音樂\n但是它不能生成圖片跟影片\n那GPD的話\n它可以生成圖片\n但是不能辨識字幕\n也不能做出影片\n所以每個agent他都有他的限制\n但是我用more run用起來\n他是每一件事情都可以做到的\n那我們就講第一個架構\n生成影片大綱跟指令碼\n那關於影片大綱\n逐字稿跟指引\n因為這個是比較簡單的內容\n所以我就直接放在notion的檔案當中\n今天影片我最主要想要示範的是\n它產出素材\n自動剪影片\n還有辨識字幕的能力\n那我們今天要做的主題就是\n我們之前剛辦完的\niOS下令影的宣傳影片\n那影片的指令碼跟架構就如表格\n大家可以稍微看一眼\n好 所以第一個部分呢\n我們就要先來做B-roll\n因為A-roll的話就是我人的畫面\n我已經拍完了\n那我們要疊加B-roll的話\n直接可以請AI生成\n我們可以直接請Moron\n幫我們生成B-roll的素材\n只要給他明確的指令\n比如說我想要請他生成一個\n學生坐在電腦桌前面的畫面\n以及一個App Demo的畫面\n那我就可以分別下這兩個Prompt\n那這些也都在Notion檔案\n所以大家都可以跟著做\n然後我就會把風格跟鏡頭寫得很完整\n那另一個畫面也是\n就是一個iOS App的畫面\n那大家可以看到\nMoron它就自動的去呼叫模型\n生成出這兩個影片\n那我覺得這兩個影片\n其實生起來都還滿有質感\n而且也很適合放在宣傳片裡面\n基本上都有符合我的指令跟動作\n那除了B-roll的素材部分\n我也會想要去上網找一些五版權的素材\n所以我就說根據這個Summer Camp的影片指令碼\n幫我去找出五版權的B-roll素材關鍵字\n那它就幫我把這些關鍵字列出來\n並且幫我去做進一步的搜尋\n那他一開始是直接貼搜尋的連結給我\n但是我想要直接叫他幫我把圖片載下來\n所以我就直接說你把圖片直接給我就好了\n那他就幫我找出八個B-roll可以用的五版權素材\n所以這樣子我在剪影片的時候就很方便\n第一個 我可以很快速的找到我素材要放哪些畫面\n第二個 我不需要去擔心版權的問題\n他會去幫我找五版權的內容\n而且等一下搭配後面的自動剪輯\n我就可以直接自動的把B-roll放上去\n那接著第二個部分 其他的素材\n那其他素材的部分\n我們完全也都可以用Moron來生成背景音樂\n我們可以根據指令碼的風格生成出背景音樂\n像是大家最近看到我的YouTube影片\n比如說像是我上一支iPad的教學\n淡江大橋 法拉利等等的影片\n我全部都是用Moron去生成出這個無版權的背景音樂\n而且它也可以依照 如果你的影片很長的話\n它可以依照時間軸的順序\n去生成出不同風格的音樂\n那我自己這樣子測試起來\n比較精準的方式是\n你先請AI給你一個Prompt\n你再用他給你的Prompt\n去生成最終版本的音樂\n因為你如果直接描述的話\n有時候他不會是那麼清楚的\n所以我的Prompt就會跟他說\n我的影片主題是長這樣子\n那請幫我輸出這一些音樂的建議\n然後哪一些段落要進行留白\n然後生成出適合這個音樂的Prompt\n那接著呢\n我再用他給我的Prompt再貼上去\n那這樣子就完成了\n那大家也可以聽聽看\n這個背景音樂\n那我們等一下會有一個最終版的完整影片給大家看\n那其他素材的另一個的話就是16比9的封面跟標題\n對因為畢竟我們最終的目的是要上傳YouTube影片\n那我想要做三個版本的測試\n那你除了把我這個prompt三組的封面的這個prompt貼上去之外呢\n還有一個重點就是你可以直接把你頻道的封面\n常用的封面貼上去\n比如說我就貼了我三支最近的影片的封面風格\n這樣子讓他去做參考\n那他這樣生成出來就會變得更加的精確\n好 第一個大架構講完了\n第二個大架構就是最厲害了\n自動剪輯\n那自動剪輯我們分成兩大架構\n剛剛都有講過嘛\n第一個是A-Raw的去人聲的剪輯\n第二個是A-Raw上面疊B-Raw的這個剪輯\n那我們先講A-Raw的剪輯\n我推薦大家另一個免費的App\n叫做Fumora\nFumora它很多AI功能是需要付費的\n它去除人聲講話之間的空白\n它是不需要額外花費\n其實大家現在看到我這個影片\n也是用Fillmora做出來的\n那順便告訴大家操作方式\n最上面就是音量\n音量你調的%數\n比如說我調10%\n就是比10%還要低的聲音\n它就會被去除\n那最小持續時間的話\n就它的意思就是說\n你沒有聲音的時間\n它最短要持續幾秒\n持續時間設得太短的話\n有時候你可能講話\n它就一直切一直切一直切\n切得太膩\n那你如果設得太長的話\n就等於說我中間的空白就沒有剪掉了\n所以我通常大概是\n設0.2秒到0.5秒之間\n比較符合人講話的一個\n語速跟換氣的過程\n你也可以去設緩衝時間\n就是在這個剪輯區間裡面\n它前後會幫你保留幾秒鐘的時間\n所以我們這樣非常快速的\n就把最底層的A-Raw剪輯好了\n這件事情也是不需要花五分鐘\n它就幫你啪啪啪啪啪都剪好了\n那當然你有一些講錯\n那當然你有一些講錯話的地方,可能還是需要透過人工來審核。\n對,但這個就是看你平常拍攝跟指令碼的形式長怎樣。因為我通常都會把指令碼寫好,所以講錯話的機率會比較低。\n那接著第二層的自動剪輯\n我們就是以Arow為底\n疊加Brow跟其他網路上面搜尋的五版權素材\n那為了要影片更精準\n所以保險起見我們可以請他生成出\nBrow的素材清單\n就是剪輯表\n可以跟他說時間碼主要畫面等等的內容\n那最重要的是下面的這個要求\n一定要請他以我剛剛剪完的這個Arow為底\n然後關鍵的概念由Brow來覆蓋\n那每2到4秒都希望有一個畫面的變化\n然後要接近我 YouTube 頻道的風格\n那接著呢 就非常簡單\n我們就把剛剛 AI 升能出來的這些畫面\n以及我自己手拍攝的一些畫面\n全部都貼上去 World Run 上面\n好 那接著呢 他就開始進行自動剪輯了\n那大家可以看一下他自動剪輯的樣子\n真的非常的厲害 他把我剛剛的那些素材\n以及他旁邊的字幕 他也全部都加上去了\n所以接著就進入到第三個架構\n我們要來進行自動上字幕\n那自動上字幕這邊呢 我就是想要讓他聆聽\n讓他聆聽我現在A-Rawd講話的這個錄音檔\n或是影片的畫面\n請他自動幫我聲稱繁體中文的SRT字幕檔案\n那這邊的prom就很簡單\n第一個繁體中文要有標點符號\n然後專有名詞\n因為他很常會把一些大小寫搞混\n比如說像iOS\n他後面兩個字其實是大寫的\n然後每段字幕不要太長\n因為太長的話他可能會變成兩行\n然後把這個指令貼上去之後\n神奇的事情就發生了\n他把我A-Rawd講話的聲音\n就變成一個完整對得上的主字稿\n所以我們這樣子影片基本上就已經完成了\n那第四個步驟其實是上傳YouTube以及放上相關資訊\n那這件事情的自動化其實是需要用到Google Council\n以及一些Coding的部分\n所以這個我們再切成另外一支影片講\n因為我們今天的重點其實是著重在\n你要怎麼把這個影片做好\n所以你看我們現在已經有了AI生成出來的完整影片\n然後以及AI生成出來的背景音樂\n再加上我們的字幕SRT檔\n我們就隨便開一個軟體把這三個東西合成起來\n我們的影片就完成了\n大家就來看最終的成品\n你的備忘錄裡\n是不是也有一個放很久的APP點子\n以前你可能會想\n我不會寫code\n我沒有團隊\n我不知道從哪裡開始\n但今年夏天\n這些都不再是門汰\nIOS
